📍 In-person appointment at our North Wales studio — bring your item, we'll make it unforgettable.
Have something special you'd like personalised? Our Custom Engraving Session lets you bring in your own item and have it precision laser-engraved right here in our studio. From jewellery and keepsakes to dog tags, tools, and accessories — if it can be engraved, we'll engrave it.
Perfect for one-of-a-kind pieces that mean the most — a family heirloom, a treasured gift, or something you simply want to make your own.
⚠️ Waiver required for customer-supplied items
Because laser engraving on your own items — especially watches, fabrics, and sentimental or irreplaceable pieces — carries inherent risk, you must read and accept our engraving waiver before your appointment.
👉 Complete the engraving waiver form here
Sessions involving customer-supplied items cannot proceed without an accepted waiver. If you're not able to accept the terms, please book a Free Consultation instead so we can discuss your item first.
