How do I add personalisation details?

Enter your text in the personalisation box on the product page. For logos email orders@lasersedgewales.co.uk with your order number.

How long does production take?

Most orders dispatch within 3–5 working days. Bulk orders up to 14 working days.

How long does delivery take?

Standard UK delivery is 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Can you engrave a photo or logo?

Yes! Send a high-res PNG or vector file to orders@lasersedgewales.co.uk and we'll confirm suitability.

Is there a minimum order?

No minimum — one item or one hundred, all treated with the same care.

Can I return a personalised item?

As items are made to order we can't accept returns unless faulty. Contact us within 14 days if there's an issue.
