Processing Time All orders are personalised and handcrafted to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods We ship using Royal Mail and Evri. The carrier used for your order may vary depending on the size and weight of your parcel.

Delivery Timeframes Standard delivery within the UK typically takes 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch. If you require an expedited or express delivery option, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Free Local Shipping We offer free shipping on all orders over £25 delivered to the following local postcodes: LL16, LL17, LL18, and LL19. All other UK orders will be charged at standard shipping rates at checkout.

International Shipping We currently do not ship internationally. We only deliver within the United Kingdom.

Delays During busy periods such as Christmas, Father's Day, and other holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. We will always aim to keep you informed of any delays.
